1. Schedule your pickup

Once you join Fold Haus (or book a one-time service), you’ll receive access to our booking form. Simply select your preferred pickup day.

2. Laundry preferences email

As soon as a pickup is scheduled, you’ll receive a detailed email to confirm your laundry preferences—things like hang dry items, scent sensitivity, and folding style.

        •       For one-time clients, this email ensures we get it right the first time.
        •       For members, this email arrives before every pickup. If no reply is received, we’ll honor the preferences you provided on your membership sheet.

3. Prepare your laundry

Place your items in any clean, disposable bag (trash bags work great!) and leave it in your designated no-contact drop spot (porch, hallway, etc.) by 9:00 AM on pickup day. You’ll get a reminder the night before.

4. We handle the rest

Your laundry is washed with care, dried, folded beautifully, and returned within 24–48 hours. Your laundry is processed individually. We never combine orders, so your items are cared for separately from start to finish.

5. Fresh laundry, delivered

Once your order is on its way back, you’ll get a text letting you know to expect it.
